1. The Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9) and the regulations made thereunder shall apply to any person referred to in the Agreement on Social Security between the Gouvernement du Québec and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, signed at Quebec on 4 December 2001, and appearing as Schedule I.
